I have over 29 years of experience in the music industry, blending a rich background in A&R, licensing, and music education. As an Adjunct Faculty member at prestigious institutions, I share my industry insights with the next generation of music professionals. My experience as a Senior Director of A&R has sharpened my ability to identify and nurture talent, driving successful projects from conception to launch. I also founded Fine Gold Music, where I combine my entrepreneurial spirit with my deep understanding of music trends to create impactful initiatives.
