I help arts, education, and mission-driven organizations develop ambitious projects, strengthen operations, raise resources, and navigate periods of change. Over the past 30 years, I have served as an artistic director, producer, fundraiser, strategic planner, and organizational leader at institutions including the Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University, On the Boards in Seattle, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. My experience spans programming, strategic planning, fundraising, board development, organizational assessment, partnership building, interim leadership, and project management.
