My recent experience includes: • A six-layer ESP32-S3 wearable PCB with GNSS, wireless charging, biometric sensors, and mixed-signal circuitry. The complete release passed JLCPCB’s fabrication audit and entered production. • A four-layer vehicle telemetry board integrating ESP32-S3, GNSS, IMU, precision ADC, MicroSD, USB-C, protected power inputs, and communication interfaces. • An ongoing smart-security device involving embedded control, sensors, connectivity, and product-level hardware development.
