After more than 10 years producing global events and employee experiences at Epic Games, I launched By Britt Events to bring that same level of strategy, creativity, and operational excellence to growing companies. I've led everything from 1,500+ person experiences and executive summits to product launches, retreats, employee engagement programs, VIP dinners, and culture-building initiatives. I studied graphic design in college and have hands-on experience creating branded presentations, event collateral, marketing assets, and digital content. I'm PMP Certified, ServSafe Certified, and proficient in Canva, Shopify, Google Workspace, Asana, and AI-powered workflows that help teams move faster. I can build and manage Shopify websites, create polished branded assets, and support launches from concept through execution. I also have extensive experience managing food and beverage programs, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale employee dining and catered events. I'm comfortable selecting menus, managing catering vendors, determining quantities, accommodating dietary restrictions, and creating food experiences that align with both the budget and the goals of the event.
