I am the founder of a diagnostic system that identifies what stops the buyer and what needs to change to remove that resistance: the Bonivade Buyer Resistance System. Bonivade is the result of more than 20 years of practical work with customers, partners, sales, and businesses. I have owned and managed both online and physical businesses, selling products and services, and have worked with customers online, by phone, and face to face. Today, I research businesses, markets, consumers, and buying situations. I look at the entire environment in which a decision happens, from the advertisement, post, or other entry point, through pages, forms, conversations, emails, onboarding, ordering, and the moment when the person decides whether to continue. My audits are not polite marketing reports :) I do not hide problems behind professional terminology. I will probably tell you some of the worst things you have heard about your website, offer, or customer journey. That is the point. I am not limited to formal audits. I also take on projects that place me in real user and customer situations, whether as a buyer, seller, reader, tester, participant, or even a player. I am interested in assignments that allow me to experience a journey firsthand and observe what makes people continue, hesitate, change direction, or leave. I work in English and Bulgarian.
