In regulated work the voiceover is checked word for word against the approved script before you see a cut. Supers and disclaimers stay exactly as your reviewers signed them off. Patient stories are fictional dramatizations with an on-screen disclaimer. I don't put real staff or real patients on screen, and hospital logos stay out too. What I make most often: patient stories and disease awareness films. I also build training videos with a recurring presenter, spokesperson ads for social, and brand characters from scratch. Tools: Google Flow and Veo, Higgsfield and HeyGen for video, ElevenLabs for voice. Graphics and captions are built in code, so a corrected figure next quarter is a one line edit and a re-render.
