ERP and custom software I am a software engineer based in Indonesia. I build custom software, and I implement ERP systems, mainly Odoo. Custom development is my strongest ground: web applications, internal tools, APIs, integrations and automation. Alongside that I do Odoo and ERP implementation, including the parts many developers skip, like accounting for multiple companies, deployment discipline, and training a team to actually use the system day to day. End to end, not only the code I do not just build what I am handed. I run the front of the project myself: interviewing the people who actually do the work, working out how the business really operates rather than how the org chart says it does, and translating that into a scope, a data model and a specification that can be built and tested against. In practice that means requirements gathering, systems analysis, process and gap analysis, acceptance criteria, and telling you honestly when what you have asked for is not what you need. I stay through UAT and adoption, so the end result is something your team actually uses, not just something that shipped. Odoo and ERP work I take on Odoo Enterprise on Odoo.sh, for groups with Indonesian entities and international holding structures. The work usually covers configuration for multiple companies, accounting foundations, documents, approvals, HR and internal communication, plus custom Python and ORM modules and REST/JSON integrations where standard Odoo cannot do the job on its own. I work in Indonesian and English, write Bahasa Indonesia user guides, run UAT, and support adoption after go live. I have founded technology companies and led engineering teams, and I have experience teaching at university level, covering Microservices, Software Testing, Cloud Computing and Web Development.
