Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace | Entra ID, Intune, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
Most small businesses don't have an IT problem or a website problem. They have a systems problem — email, files, access and the website all grew one decision at a time, and nobody ever stepped back to look at the whole thing. That's my work. I find what's actually broken, tell you plainly, and fix it. Twenty-one years in IT and security, starting in 2005 with network engineering and datacenter operations. Today I work as a Solutions Architect designing multi-site network and cloud environments for MSP clients, and as CISO for a financial services firm. MICROSOFT 365 AND GOOGLE WORKSPACE • Migrations in either direction — mailbox, calendar and files • Tenant and domain setup, admin roles, licensing right-sizing • Email authentication — SPF, DKIM and DMARC in the right order, so enforcement doesn't quietly kill your legitimate mail • Access, MFA, offboarding, and the shared mailboxes nobody documented IT AND SECURITY ASSESSMENTS • What you're running, who can reach it, what it costs, what's exposed • Written in plain English, so you can act on it without a translator WEBSITE OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS • Domain, registrar, hosting and admin accounts: who holds the keys, and whether that's actually you • Giving a designer or agency the access they need without the ability to lock you out • Recovering a site, domain or Google Business Profile from a vendor you've stopped working with • DNS, SSL, backups, and clean migration off an old host. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow A recent example: a coaching practice hired me to finish a stalled Microsoft 365 migration. The migration turned out to be the smaller half. Their domain had no SPF and no DMARC — mail had been going out unauthenticated for years. An administrator account nobody meant to create held the keys to the tenant. They were paying for licences that didn't do what they needed. And 10GB of business files sat on a personal account with an expiry date. They got a plain-English findings document and a migration sequence built so their mail never drops. Another: a local event venue had been told to "post more on social media." The real problems were underpricing, wasted software spend and a leaky booking funnel. I built the fixes, not just a report. If you want someone who understands the technology and the business behind it, tell me what's frustrating you and I'll tell you straight whether I can help. I work remotely, and speak English and Haitian Creole.
