Lisa v.

I help founders and business owners build the operational infrastructure that lets them focus on what they do best, while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, predictably, and at scale. With 15+ years of experience across operations management, project coordination, systems design, and client services, spanning media, health and skincare, exhibitions, and remote staffing, I bring senior-level operational thinking to businesses that need it without the cost of a full-time hire. I currently serve as Director of Operations & Content for a US-based leadership podcast, where I own production systems, guest coordination, publishing, social media, performance reporting, and strategic planning end-to-end. I hold a BCom in Strategic Management completed with distinction, which sharpens hands-on operational experience with a strategic business lens. I work best with: - founders, content creators, and small business owners who are excellent at their craft but operationally overwhelmed - people who need a trusted partner to build the systems, manage the moving parts, and protect their focus. I am based in Cape Town, South Africa, and work remotely with clients across the US and beyond. If you are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and delivers consistently without needing to be managed, I would love to hear about what you are building.
