Creating educational content is one thing. Understanding how children actually learn from it? That's another. That's where I come in. I bring something beyond traditional editing: an understanding of how children think, learn, and interact with educational materials. With over 15 years of classroom experience, I don't just review workbooks, lessons, and learning activities for errors. I'm thinking about the child who will actually use them. Are the instructions clear? Is the activity developmentally appropriate? Does the learning flow make sense? Where might a child get confused? Those are the details that can turn good educational content into a meaningful learning experience. My background includes teaching reading and writing, evaluating curriculum, developing instructional materials, and supporting diverse learners. I'm also Dyslexia and ESL certified, bringing an additional perspective to language clarity and accessibility. HERE'S HOW I CAN HELP: • Educational content and curriculum review • Children's workbook and activity book development • Proofreading, copyediting, and content refinement • Curriculum organization and instructional sequencing • Instructional material evaluation and improvement • AI-generated educational content review • Learning experience and instructional clarity feedback • Children's book editing and educational quality checks I particularly enjoy working with authors, publishers, educators, and businesses that already have great ideas or existing materials but need an experienced eye to strengthen them. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. I don't simply identify what isn't working. I explain why and offer practical recommendations that respect your original vision. If you're looking for someone who brings both editorial attention to detail and real classroom experience to your project, I'd love to collaborate!
