I’m a full-cycle recruiter with experience supporting technical, Architecture/Engineering/Construction, government contracting, sales, operations, and professional services hiring. I partner directly with hiring managers to understand what they actually need, build targeted candidate pipelines, conduct structured interviews, coordinate next steps, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. My experience includes recruiting for software and IT professionals, cloud and infrastructure talent, engineering professionals, project managers, sales leaders, operations professionals, and other specialized positions where simply posting a job and waiting for applicants isn’t enough. My approach is proactive. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox AI, Ceipal, Greenhouse, Boolean search strategies, targeted outreach, and other sourcing tools to identify both active and passive candidates. I’m comfortable stepping into an existing recruiting process and working directly inside a client’s ATS, scorecards, interview workflows, and communication channels.
