PCB & Embedded Hardware Engineer | Altium, KiCad, IoT | ESP32 | STM32

A good PCB should work outside the lab—not only on the engineer’s desk. If you need a PCB that is compact, reliable, manufacturable, and ready for real-world use, I can take it from the first circuit decisions through production files. I’m a PCB Design Engineer and Embedded Hardware Engineer with 10+ years of experience developing electronics for IoT, wearable, medical, industrial, and wireless products. My work includes schematic design, multilayer PCB layout, power architecture, RF/wireless integration, prototype bring-up, debugging, and production handoff. I work with Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, and EasyEDA, and regularly design around STM32, ESP32, Nordic nRF52/nRF91, RP2040/RP2350, AVR, PIC, and Raspberry Pi CM4/CM5. What I can help with: - PCB schematic design and circuit review - 2–10 layer PCB layout and routing - ESP32, STM32, nRF52, Raspberry Pi hardware - Battery charging and low-power design - BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE, LoRa, GNSS/GPS, NFC, UWB, and RFID - USB, Ethernet, CAN, RS-485, SPI, I2C, UART, and other interfaces - EMI/EMC, ESD protection, grounding, and signal integrity I pay particular attention to the problems that usually appear after the schematic is “finished”: voltage drops, regulator heat, battery life, RF placement, return-current paths, connector protection, noisy analog signals, component availability, assembly limitations, and EMC issues. For wearable and handheld products, I focus on size, power consumption, charging, battery runtime, and sensor performance. For industrial and connected products, I focus more heavily on protection, interfaces, power integrity, communications reliability, and manufacturability. I don’t consider the job finished when the PCB routes successfully. The goal is hardware that powers up correctly, survives outside the lab, can be assembled without surprises, and is ready for the next production step.
