Land Survey Technician - Civil 3D

I'm looking for contract work (remote/part-time) using Civil 3D, creating surveys/plats/exhibits such as boundaries, topographic, ALTA, easement exhibits and the like. I'm also well versed in writing legal descriptions. I have over 30 years of experience in the land surveying industry. Have worked many years in both Florida and Georgia (two different land systems). Have been exposed to many different types of surveys (field and office) to include roadway, boundary, rail, water ways, airports, etc. I'm familiar with programs such as CaiCE, Geopak, MicroStation (InRoads), MicroStation OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
