I build AI agents that do real work inside a business, and I know when not to use AI. My latest system, Scout, is a live prospecting agent for a Canadian food-ingredients distributor. It researches and scores companies with Claude, finds decision-makers through Apollo, keeps HubSpot clean and in sync, and prepares priced outreach that only goes out after the client approves. The judgment is AI; everything that must be exact (deduplication, business rules, the client's own edits) is tested code. What I build: - AI agents for lead generation, qualification and CRM automation (HubSpot, Apollo) - AI assistants on your own data: sales quotes, finance, customer questions - Portals and dashboards with logins, roles and live data (Supabase, Netlify) - Security reviews of Supabase/Postgres apps (RLS, multi-tenant isolation) Other systems I've shipped: an AI sales assistant that drafts price proposals from live price lists, an AI finance copilot, a dealer ordering portal for a national distribution network, and a gamified learning platform with 150+ activities.
