Jolene C.

Hi! I'm a product designer and UX researcher who loves digging into how people actually use products and turning those insights into something real. From early-stage discovery to fully shipped features, I've helped teams figure out what their users need and build it right the first time. Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, competitive research, and journey mapping Built a research platform from scratch, and designed a cross-department report builder system used by teams with very different needs Comfortable owning a project end to end, from talking to stakeholders and gathering requirements to iterating on design based on real user feedback I care about staying in the loop with clients, so expect me to check in often and keep things collaborative along the way
