I am a strategic sourcing and supplier development professional with over 10 years of experience in marine and industrial manufacturing. My career has evolved from mechanical engineering and procurement operations to purchasing leadership, and now strategic sourcing, providing me with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and global supply chains. Along the way, I have led procurement teams, standardized purchasing processes, implemented SAP S/4HANA as a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Key User, and developed regional localization strategies to strengthen supplier networks. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and finance teams, as well as suppliers across Vietnam and overseas, balancing technical requirements with commercial objectives to build resilient and competitive supply chains. Looking ahead, I believe Vietnam has a significant opportunity to become a stronger manufacturing base for global industries. Achieving that vision requires continuous supplier capability development, stronger quality systems, and closer collaboration between manufacturers and international customers. I hope to contribute to that journey by helping capable Vietnamese suppliers participate more deeply in global supply chains.
