Mahdokht G.

I help organizations design, build, and modernize their Microsoft 365 environment — from SharePoint Online architecture and governance to custom SPFx development (React/TypeScript), end-to-end Power Platform automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and increasingly, AI-powered agents built on Copilot Studio and Dataverse. Over the past 12+ years I've delivered enterprise solutions for government, private-sector, and international clients — including a multi-year remote engagement with the United Nations, supporting distributed teams across multiple regions. My work spans the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, on-prem to Microsoft 365 migration, and user adoption. Core expertise: ✅ SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2019 (architecture, governance, taxonomy) ✅ SPFx development (React, TypeScript) ✅ Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ✅ Microsoft Graph API & Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) ✅ Copilot Studio & Dataverse-grounded AI agents ✅ Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness (governance, taxonomy, permissions modeling for AI grounding) ✅ Full-lifecycle migrations and enterprise automation I hold a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, and I bring that background directly into my Microsoft 365 work — designing the governance, taxonomy, and content structures that make AI tools like Copilot and Copilot Studio agents accurate and secure, while actively building hands-on Copilot Studio and Dataverse agent-building experience. I'm reliable, communicate clearly across time zones, and I'm comfortable working independently or embedded in a larger team. Let's talk about what you're trying to build.
