Using English and Turkish, I worked as customer service and hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest relations, reservations, PBX operations, and online customer support. I am working in the service industry for about 6 years in different positions and areas and I assisted guests, customers and students alike. I developed my strong communication, empathy, leadership, and reporting abilities through online and onsite roles. With students I had the opportunity to work during my English Pedagogical Certification training, and I worked with them both on one-on-one and in classroom lessons. Still from time to time, I try my best to provide private English lessons.
