I help businesses identify valuable AI use cases, design practical solutions, and build and operate them in production—from discovery and architecture to agent workflows, document AI and API integrations. Three live products show the range of work I deliver: • Kniha jízd — A browser-based mileage SaaS. Its AI assistant prepares draft trips from calendar entries and notes; the user approves each trip before it enters the logbook. The product includes exports, subscriptions and an AI-assistant connector. • Real Estate Leads — A public-data pipeline and dashboard for real estate research. Scheduled processing identifies relevant insolvency cases, extracts fields from documents and prioritizes leads, with alerts and an MCP/API offering. • cz-agents Due Diligence — A web application combining public-register checks into structured company reports, with account access, shareable results and ongoing monitoring. I build TypeScript REST and MCP services that connect these products and AI agents to company-register data. I also design agent workflows with structured outputs and human approval for consequential actions. For a construction company, I designed a RAG approach to evaluating bids and budgets. Previously I led enterprise R&D and delivered fintech and payments projects. I work remotely from Czechia and can support discovery and architecture engagements as well as hands-on development and ongoing improvements.
