I also have a background in EU-funded project coordination (Erasmus+ traineeship, Interreg, Horizon Europe), so I'm comfortable with structured reporting and cross-border documentation as well. I work well with high task volume, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines. I don't need to be micromanaged, I need clarity on what matters and I take it from there.
