Kyle S.

I’m a dependable, hands-on freelancer who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, gathering information, and getting the job done right. I’m especially interested in field inspections, property documentation, photography, research, data collection, and other work that requires someone reliable who can follow instructions and pay attention to details. I’m comfortable working independently, traveling to different locations, taking clear and accurate photos, documenting conditions, collecting information, and completing assignments according to specific client requirements. I take pride in being thorough, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly. One of my biggest strengths is that I’m willing to learn. If there is a skill, app, system, or process I don’t know yet, I’m willing to research it, learn it, and figure it out. I’m not afraid of new challenges or hands-on work. Skills & strengths: • Field inspections and property documentation • Photography and photo documentation • Research and information gathering • Data collection and reporting • Product, property, and location checks • Following detailed instructions and checklists • Problem-solving and troubleshooting • Reliable independent work • Attention to detail • Comfortable learning new apps and technology • Flexible and adaptable • Strong work ethic and communication I’m looking to build long-term relationships with clients who need someone dependable, honest, and willing to learn. If you have a job that needs to be done in the field or requires someone who can learn quickly and get it done, I’m ready to take it on.
