I build full-stack web apps: React on the front, NestJS and PostgreSQL behind it. Before this I spent two years in technical support at a compliance SaaS, doing troubleshooting, QA and client training. Backend. REST APIs in NestJS: JWT access/refresh auth, Google OAuth, PostgreSQL schema and queries, S3 file uploads, transactional email. Clean modules, DTO validation, guards. Dockerized so it runs the same everywhere. Frontend. React with TypeScript, component structure that survives growth, real loading and error states, responsive layouts. AI in the loop. I use AI tools daily for scaffolding, refactors, and tests, and review every line, because I know exactly where they invent APIs that don't exist. I can also wire LLM APIs into an app: structured JSON output, failure handling, predictable costs. Also useful: QA and release testing, Python/Selenium automation, Power BI reporting. I ask questions before writing code, flag blockers early instead of going quiet, and hand work back tested with a note on what changed. Tell me what you're building and what's in the way.
