I'm an experienced educator with over ten years of teaching experience in middle and high schools in both the Philippines and the United States. I hold a Master of Arts in Education major in General Science and a Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines and hold professional teaching certifications from multiple U.S. states, including a Science Grades 6–12 Endorsement from the Alaska Department of Education, a Standard Professional Secondary 6–12 General Science Certificate from the Arizona Department of Education, and a Level Three-A Instructional Leader 6–12 Secondary Science License from the New Mexico Public Education Department. Throughout my teaching career, I have designed and implemented engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to the diverse learning styles and needs of my students. Most recently, I served as a teacher at Kuspuk School District in Alaska, where I fostered an inclusive and student-centered learning environment while integrating technology and evidence-based instructional practices. In addition to my educational background, I also have experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled customer inquiries, resolved concerns, and provided professional support in a fast-paced environment. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills, enabling me to build positive relationships, remain composed under pressure, and deliver high-quality service to diverse clients. The combination of my teaching and customer service experience has equipped me with strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities that are valuable in both educational and customer-focused roles.
