With 4 years of remote work experience, the last nearly 2 spent running project management for a marketing agency end-to-end: managing 10+ client accounts and projects at once, leading a team of 8 (including hiring 2 team members and managing the offboarding of 3), and personally onboarding 20+ new clients from kickoff through ongoing delivery. One of my proudest projects: when I joined, the agency ran entirely on WhatsApp messages and shared drives, with no real system. I built the whole project management structure from scratch, including workflows, client and team views and automations, and the team still runs on it today. I also own the client-facing side of the role: direct point of contact, meetings, minutes, reports and presentations, making sure every deliverable meets expectations. Before that, I spent time as a Virtual Assistant for a nutrition practice, where I built the entire client communication and scheduling system from the ground up: WhatsApp Business and email workflows, appointment confirmation and follow-up sequences, material delivery, and CRM management in RD Station. I pick up new CRM or scheduling tools fast if yours is different. My background is in Marketing (degree in Advertising), so I also bring hands-on knowledge of SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4), content and social media strategy, email marketing, ecommerce and sales support, useful if your project ever needs more than pure PM/VA work, so you have one less freelancer to manage. Tools I use daily: Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, RD Station CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, plus AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for process documentation, automations and drafting. Native Portuguese and Spanish speaker. My English is B2 (Upper Intermediate), EF SET Certified, strong for written and async communication, and I'm continuing to build fluency for live calls, so right now I'm the strongest fit for roles that are chat/email/async-first, or for Spanish-speaking clients and teams.
