I’m an education, training, and program operations professional with 20+ years of experience helping educators, teams, programs, and community organizations turn goals into practical, effective action. My background combines hands-on education experience with curriculum development, educator coaching, professional development, program administration, and community-based programming. I spent years in the classroom before moving into instructional coaching and curriculum leadership, where I provided training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development for approximately 60 educators. I specialize in creating structure around people and programs, whether that means developing curriculum and educational resources, training and coaching staff, coordinating programs, tracking data and documentation, improving processes, supporting implementation, or building systems that make work easier to manage.
