ServiceM8 for trade businesses. Account audits, clean-ups and reporting through the API. Every open job reconciled to the cent, then a live forecast of when your crew runs out of work. 5. Award and pay compliance. Australian award and enterprise agreement interpretation, classification and pay checks. I built my own award tool on live Fair Work rate data. How I work; I use AI to do the heavy lifting and I check every output myself. My own consultancy runs on Carrington OS, 17 AI agents that draft and publish for me, with nothing sent until I approve it. Offsider, my AI phone receptionist for Australian tradies, has taken real calls since August 2026.
