Embedded Systems Engineer | IoT, Edge AI, Firmware & PCB Design
I’m an Embedded Systems Engineer who turns hardware concepts into reliable, connected products by combining firmware, IoT connectivity, Edge AI, PCB design, and technical documentation. I work at the intersection of electronics and software, helping product teams move from early concepts and prototypes to stable, testable, and production-ready embedded solutions. Whether you are developing a smart device, industrial sensor, wearable product, robotics-oriented system, or connected electronics platform, I can help with embedded architecture, hardware–software integration, firmware development, troubleshooting, and prototype refinement. I support projects across industries such as Industrial IoT (IIoT), smart manufacturing, robotics and automation, consumer electronics, wearable technology, smart sensors, connected devices, embedded AI products, and intelligent hardware platforms. My focus is helping teams build reliable products where hardware, firmware, connectivity, and intelligent data processing work together. My experience includes developing and improving embedded systems involving microcontrollers, sensors, communication interfaces, IoT connectivity, edge processing, and hardware integration. I understand the practical challenges of real-world devices, including power constraints, timing requirements, communication reliability, debugging, testing, and long-term maintainability. Core Capabilities: • Embedded firmware development in C/C++ for microcontrollers and resource-constrained devices • Sensor, actuator, display, power, and peripheral integration • Device drivers and hardware communication interfaces: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, BLE, and Wi-Fi • IoT telemetry, MQTT communication, and cloud-connected device support • PCB development support: component selection, schematics review, power distribution, signal connections, and layout analysis • Hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and embedded system testing • Edge AI and TinyML solutions for local classification, anomaly detection, sensor intelligence, and embedded computer vision applications • Python tools for testing, automation, data processing, and prototype development • Technical documentation including architecture diagrams, wiring references, pin maps, test procedures, and development notes I also bring AutoCAD experience to the hardware development side of embedded products. I use AutoCAD for 2D technical drawings, enclosure concepts, mounting designs, dimensional references, and component placement planning. This helps maintain alignment between the mechanical structure, PCB design, wiring, and firmware interfaces. Tech Stack: - Programming Languages: C, C++, Python - Embedded Hardware: Microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, embedded Linux systems, sensors, actuators, displays, power systems, device drivers - Connectivity & Protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT - AI & Data Processing: Edge AI, TinyML, embedded computer vision, sensor-data classification, local inference, anomaly detection - Hardware Design & Documentation: AutoCAD, schematics, PCB layout review, component selection, BOM preparation, wiring documentation, hardware validation - Product Areas: IoT devices, industrial automation systems, robotics prototypes, wearable electronics, smart sensors, connected consumer products, and embedded AI solutions I approach every project as a complete product — not just a piece of firmware. I consider hardware limitations, power consumption, processing requirements, communication reliability, latency, scalability, testing, and future expansion. When needed, I help establish a clean connection between the PCB, firmware, application layer, and cloud systems so the complete product works as one reliable solution. My Workflow: 1. Understand the product goal, current development stage, hardware platform, and technical requirements. 2. Define the embedded architecture, communication interfaces, priorities, and implementation approach. 3. Develop or improve firmware, hardware integration, IoT connectivity, drawings, or Edge AI prototypes. 4. Test, debug, document results, and prepare the system for the next development stage. Deliverables may include embedded source code, firmware modules, hardware integration notes, AutoCAD drawings, pin maps, test procedures, debugging reports, technical documentation, and implementation guidance. I value clean code, reliable engineering practices, structured communication, and practical solutions that help products move from prototype concepts toward functional, scalable devices. If you have a smart device idea, embedded system challenge, firmware issue, PCB requirement, IoT product, robotics prototype, or Edge AI application, send me your hardware details, current development stage, and project goals. I can help define the next technical step and move your product toward a reliable solution.
