I had zero experience back then—just pure audacity and a drive to learn. I started out as a customer service agent, where I learned the three real secrets to great support: actually listening, understanding the problem, and connecting with people. Once you get those down, everything else falls into place. Eventually, I was given the opportunity to stepped up into a Real-Time Analyst role. That’s where I got a hand into handling the team operations 24/7, a chance to learn Microsoft 365 thoroughly, keeping daily workflows on track, and making sure all our performance targets were met.
