Brendan P.

I’m a Canadian front-end, WordPress, Next.js, and React developer with 15+ years of experience building custom websites and web applications for businesses, agencies, and independent clients. I’m comfortable taking a project from a Figma design or rough brief through development, testing, QA, launch, and ongoing support. I build custom WordPress sites using Gutenberg, ACF, PHP, and reusable components — without relying on bloated page builders. I also build Next.js websites and applications, including API-driven projects and custom functionality. What I do • Custom WordPress / Gutenberg development • Figma-to-WordPress builds • React / Next.js / TypeScript websites • Front-end implementation from Figma • ACF and structured content systems • WooCommerce • API integrations and custom functionality • Website redesigns, migrations, and inherited-site cleanup • Performance, accessibility, and technical SEO • WordPress maintenance and troubleshooting • Agency overflow and white-label development I also built Headliner, a multi-tenant platform using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, and third-party APIs that lets bands create websites in minutes using content they already have on Spotify and YouTube. I use Claude Code and ChatGPT throughout planning, development, debugging, testing, and QA, along with custom workflows for code quality, accessibility, SEO, and launch checks. I care about responsive detail, clean implementation, performance, accessibility, and making sure the finished site is easy for clients to manage. I’m comfortable owning a complete build or working quietly behind the scenes as part of an agency team. If you have a Figma design, WordPress project, or React / Next.js build that needs a dependable developer, send me the brief and I can take a look.
