I do not treat CAD as visualization alone. I use it to resolve function, material selection, tolerances, manufacturing constraints, assembly sequence, maintenance access, and production cost before a design reaches the shop floor. I develop products from sketches, reference images, specifications, or existing CAD files. My work includes parametric parts, complex assemblies, sheet-metal components, weldments, surface models, mechanical mechanisms, and design revisions. I also create manufacturing drawings, exploded views, bills of materials, hardware callouts, and assembly documentation. My design style is precise, practical, and intentionally clean. I avoid unnecessary complexity, identify weak points early, and design around the real manufacturing process. When improving an existing product, I preserve what works and focus changes on performance, manufacturability, reliability, and ease of assembly.
