Before that, 11 years running a multi-brand home appliance dealership (Daikin, Siemens, Panasonic, Midea, Meiling) — which is where I learned to negotiate purchase terms, read a spec sheet, and tell a real factory from a reseller. WHAT I DO · Supplier sourcing & verification — not a list of Alibaba links. I check the business licence, whether it's a real factory or a trading company, and whether they can actually make your product at your volume. · Factory visits & pre-shipment inspection — on-site in Henan and the surrounding manufacturing belt, with photo documentation and a written report. · Price & terms negotiation — in Chinese, with the person who can actually say yes. I tell you what they said, not what they wanted you to hear. · Technical due diligence — I'll flag the problems in your spec before you wire a deposit, not after. BEYOND SOURCING I also run my own international-facing websites and produce my own video content — shooting, editing, subtitles, on-screen text and pacing, all done in-house. Two reasons that matters here: I've sat on your side of the table as a buyer sourcing from China, so I know what you need to see before you commit; and when a project calls for product video, supplier footage reviewed, or a content package put together, I don't have to hand it off. HOW I WORK I'm not a trading company and I don't take commission from factories. My fee is my fee, quoted up front.
