I'm Mostafa. I build automated systems that take work off people's hands, usually the kind of repetitive process everyone in the company has quietly accepted as unavoidable. I've built systems across most categories of business operations. My favorites: Document & contract systems (intake questionnaires that output finished agreements, auto-populated templates, document generation at volume) Client onboarding systems (forms, payment collection, welcome sequences, file handoff, CRM record creation, end to end, no manual steps) Research & reporting portals (turning spreadsheets, PDFs and study data into interfaces clients can actually navigate, in one or more languages) Content systems (fully automated research, writing, image sourcing and publishing across social and blog) Lead gen & outreach systems (sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and personalised first-touch at scale) I work primarily in n8n and make, with the Claude API for anything requiring judgment, Apify for scraping and data collection, and React where a project needs a real interface rather than a workflow. I build custom API integrations where a tool doesn't do what a client needs out of the box — most CRMs, project management tools and document platforms are fair game. I've been working across cultures since I was 12, attending boarding school in Massachusetts, then four years at IE University in Madrid, one of the most international universities in the world. I've spent my life in rooms where nobody shares a first language, and it shows up in the work: I'm quick to read what a client actually means, comfortable across time zones and working styles, and I write in English, Spanish and Arabic. My last build shipped in full Arabic/English parity. I also hold an LL.B. and spent multiple summers in a legal department before moving into automation. That turns out to matter more than expected: when the documents are the product, someone who's read contracts builds better systems around them.
