I’m a healthcare operations professional with 12 years of hands-on experience helping a behavioral healthcare practice keep its administrative, billing, payer, compliance, and technology operations running smoothly. I helped research, select, and implement CentralReach as my organization’s practice management, billing, and electronic recordkeeping platform and have supported it ever since through configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow changes, vendor coordination, user access, and employee training. I’ve spent much of my career being the person trusted to research an unfamiliar problem, determine what needs to happen, develop a workable process, and follow it through to completion.
