I've done it for Gogoro and international automakers: 3D models and drawings, prototyping, progressive-die tooling, and on through mass production. I work with factories here every day, so I can review your design for manufacturability before you pay for tooling, and talk to the toolmaker in their own language. DESIGN + MANUFACTURING, ONE CONTACT If you're overseas and need a part designed and built, I can handle both ends: • Design the part with DFM built in, then get quotes from Taiwanese sheet-metal, stamping, CNC and injection shops • Manage prototypes and first-article samples, inspect them (ZEISS 3D scanning, dimensional checks) and report back • Handle tooling reviews, supplier communication in Mandarin, and production follow-up on your behalf You deal with one engineer instead of a factory sales desk and a translator.
