As a Technical Support Team Manager; Software Tester/Quality Analyst I have gained over 20 years experience in various aspects of the IT industry including, but not limited to, quality assurance and auditing, software testing, technical writing, configuration management and technical support. I'm a hardworking, analytical thinker with practical experience using specialized computer software. My strengths have been enhanced through team management, coordinating and determining requirements to successfully meet the goals and objectives outlined.
