I help energy companies, charge point operators, investors and policy teams plan and deliver energy-transition work that holds up in the field, and I use AI to make the digital side of that work faster and measurable. I have spent 20 years at Indian Oil, India's largest energy company. My work has covered EV charging, alternate fuels, fuel retail, city gas distribution, government programmes and the enterprise systems behind them. WHAT I HAVE DONE • EV charging and alternate energy: I lead the alternate-energy vertical in Retail Transformation, including a programme for 6,000 fast and 10,000 slow EV chargers backed by USD 60 million. I work with Government of India ministries on FAME-II and PM E-Drive subsidies. • Fuel retail: I ran a 600-outlet network with USD 1.2 billion annual turnover and a 20-member team, and launched EV charging, CNG and CBG stations, doorstep diesel delivery and premium fuels. • City gas distribution: I handled financial control of a USD 2 billion capital programme and delivered a four-month SAP IS-Utilities rollout on S/4HANA, with GIS and customer platforms. • Government and policy: from 2014 to 2018 I advised the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on digital platforms and public engagement for Ujjwala, PAHAL, Give It Up and daily fuel pricing. • Technology: eight years running SAP BASIS and enterprise infrastructure. On Upwork I have completed 103 jobs, mostly Linux, cloud and systems work, with $50K+ earned. AI IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION I bring hands-on depth that transformation leads usually delegate: 25 years of Python, 15 of data science and 5 of generative AI. I apply AI to analysis, forecasting, document-heavy workflows such as tenders and compliance, and software delivery, and I verify the output with tests and evidence. ChargeMark and Shramik Setu were built this way. READY-TO-LAUNCH SOLUTIONS • ChargeMark: OCPP conformance testing and compliance scoring for EV chargers. Validated with 128 automated tests against compliant and faulty charger simulators. Ready for pilots with operators, manufacturers and buyers. • Shramik Setu: a system of record for contract and migrant labour, with verified identity, attendance, an append-only wage ledger and statutory registers. Core platform built and tested, and ready for pilots.
