I am web developer with 10+ years web application experience and an MSc in computer science. I have developed many websites and stand-alone applications since my first "Hello World". But, for last several years, I have had great experience working with complex custom cms driven websites, newsletter management systems, ticketing and booking systems, holiday letting websites and e-commerce websites. Many of these systems were built on a cms system developed in-house using our own ORM layer with extended and powerful tools for database access and custom framework. During this time, I had experience working with various APIs and payment gateways (like Google Map, Google Shopping, OAuth, Booking API, SagePay, ...) and various formats of data (XML, JSON, CSV). From technical side I am back-end and front-end developer. * php * postgresql / mysql * javascript / jquery * html I use OOP and MVC approaches extensively and my projects are usually managed in a git repository with unit tests and a whole host of QA and continuous integration tools. Although I am not an specialist in CSS, other members of the LOOKSystems team are and I can work closely with them - or any oDesk css freelancers - as needed. While I often build custom solutions, I am also happy to work with and recommend a wide range of open source solutions.
