Working as IT Specialist for more than 5 years, I have learned a lot of things especially technical matters in a call center industry such as install different types of applications, maintain and monitor dialer and voip. performs Computer Maintenance, PC Troubleshooting, Installation and Hard Disk Partitioning, Repair and replace defective parts. Also with over 15 years, i have been into production tasks such as encoding, data processing, editing, formatting, scanning, keying, proofreading, typereading, imaging, parsing, checking and other tasks necessary in the delivery of the product to the client. I also have performed other tasks and processes that is assigned, necessary in the capture, conversion and storage of data. I have also been in manual software testing since 2004. I am responsible in testing printer driver to different Windows OS version with different languages.
