Bilyana Y.

I’m a multidisciplinary professional with 20+ years of experience, with a strong focus in the IT sector — support leadership, QA, and technical operations — combined with an entrepreneurial background in design, branding, and content creation. I co-founded Art Spot Ltd., where I delivered thousands of web and creative projects for international clients. In parallel, I advanced through roles in the IT environment — from support and QA to scrum leadership and Support Lead — where I built and managed remote teams, streamlined workflows, and solved complex client and technical challenges. My coworkers have often described me as a natural leader who brings clarity, structure, and motivation to a team. Alongside IT, my experience in industries like construction, real estate, hospitality, and education has sharpened my adaptability and problem-solving skills. I thrive at the intersection of technology, leadership, and creativity. Today, I’m seeking new opportunities in the IT sector where I can apply my technical operations knowledge, people leadership, and process improvement skills to drive impact.
