Caesar V. Lantin started his career in the BPO industry wayback 2004. His first job in the call center industry was with Convergys Philippines hand customer service and billing inquiry. That was the start of his continuous career till 2014 of December. He decided that' it's time to switch to homebased for some many reasons. Caesar worked for more than 7 years in technical support and more than 7 years in customer service. He is well versed in providing top notch services in the following niche: e-mail, chat, phone, billing, sales, technical support and troubleshooting, retention, and financial concerns. His exposure to the industry has greatly enhanced my skills therefore, he knows how tasks are completed in half the time without compromising the quality. Caesar did not finish his course in college due to financial crisis but that did not stop him from pursuing his dreams and be a specialist in his own rights. As a person, He is very hardworking individual; He can work with large groups, He is cooperative and craving to learn a lot.
