Most e-commerce operations don't break because people aren't working hard enough. They break because the product data, catalog structure, and workflows were never built to handle scale. That's the gap I work in. I help businesses manage and structure their e-commerce catalogs and digital operations across Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom CMS platforms. A good portion of my projects have involved large-scale product catalogs — 50,000 to 200,000+ product entries — where consistency and accuracy aren't optional. That usually means collecting product data from supplier websites, organizing it in Excel or Google Sheets, building structured bulk upload files, and keeping the catalog aligned across platforms over time. For workflows that needed more efficiency, I've also worked with Excel automation (including VBA-based processes) and basic HTML formatting to cut down on repetitive manual work without sacrificing control. I also integrate AI-assisted workflows where they make sense — for data structuring, content consistency, and processing efficiency. AI handles the groundwork; manual validation handles the accuracy.
