Umad J.

Is your website underperforming, slow, or limited by off-the-shelf solutions? I bridge the gap between basic site-building and high-end software engineering. With 14+ years of hands-on experience and a 100% Job Success Score on Upwork, I build custom, high-performance web solutions that actually move the needle for your business. WordPress & WooCommerce I build WordPress sites the right way — custom themes and plugins developed from scratch, not stitched together from bloated templates. Whether it's advanced Elementor Pro implementations, WooCommerce storefronts, performance optimization for 90+ PageSpeed scores, or malware removal and security hardening, I treat WordPress as a serious development platform, not a drag-and-drop toy. Shopify Ecosystem From custom public and private app development using Laravel and Node, to advanced Liquid theme engineering and Shopify 2.0 migrations, I work deep inside the Shopify stack. I also handle complex API integrations connecting Shopify with ERPs, CRMs, and external databases — the kind of work that off-the-shelf apps simply cannot do. Laravel & Custom Web Applications When a project outgrows WordPress or Shopify, I build it from the ground up in Laravel. Complex API development, scalable database architecture, custom dashboards, and full-stack applications — I architect and build systems designed to grow with your business. Why clients keep coming back: I write clean, documented, maintainable code. I communicate clearly and consistently — you work directly with the engineer, not a middleman. I have evolved with the web across 14 years, from legacy CMS platforms to modern Laravel and Shopify stacks. And I do not just fix problems — I improve speed, security, and conversions so your site actually performs better after every engagement. Ready to talk?
