sheena s.

Hi, I’m Sheena, a Marketing Automation Specialist with over 9 years of experience helping business owners increase their sales, engagement, and customer retention through smartly designed and automated marketing systems. I’ve been working online for more than 16 years, and I’ve helped startups, coaches, and growing businesses set up tailored marketing automations — so they can focus on serving their clients while their systems work 24/7 in the background. Whether you need help building your first automation, optimizing an existing workflow, or integrating tools to ensure everything runs smoothly — I got you covered. ✨ What Makes Me Different I don’t just “set up” automations. I help you design a complete customer journey that nurtures leads, increases conversions, and grows your revenue. I also create detailed roadmaps, offer strategic planning and consultation, and handle complex troubleshooting for automations and CRM integrations — which I actually enjoy doing! Having coached freelancers and business owners on using marketing automation effectively, I bring both the technical expertise and strategic insight to every project I handle. 💬 What My Clients Say: ⭐ “Great communication and follows briefs perfectly.
