I have extensive experience in Operations Management and Program Management. My current role is Program Manager for Upwork's Voice of the Customer, where we capture customers' expectations, preferences and aversions, and provide qualitative and quantitative data, as well as recommendations, on its impact to the business. Previous to this role, I was interim Operations Manager for Upwork's Risk Management Payment Protection Team, tasked with managing the team that investigates and prevents fraud activity on the platform. Before venturing into remote work, I was a Department Head for Customer Service for many years.
