Laurie B.

I have over 41 years of experience & over 274 BOOKS to my credit as a freelance children's illustrator. My focus is child and family-friendly art. I work on projects with a positive message that empowers the viewer. My work encompasses in children's books, greeting cards, T-shirts, portraits, mugs, and prints. I'd love to help make your vision a reality. NO AI ever I LISTEN to client needs to create artwork unique to their vision of their project. I use traditional art media to create illustrations infused with humor and whimsy. Work is scanned into Photoshop, PaintShopPro, Affinity Photo, or Affinity Designer to edit, enhance, and create digital files. Indesign, Affinity Publisher & Acrobat are for layout. Versatility, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction set me apart in my field. For children's books, I specialize in working with small presses and self-publishers. I offer complete all-inclusive packages: from character development to book design to print-ready files for your cover and paginated interior.
