For the past 20 years, I am continuously exposed with Accounting tasks such as below: * Bank and cash reconciliation * Entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Process of data entry, client payroll using QB Online * Prepares balance sheet, profit and lost, and other financial reports. * Preparation and posting of journal entries to record financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. * Process various accounting related reports * Monitor, track, and take necessary action to ensure that all financial and/ or accounting transactions are recorded in a timely manner. Same time, I am currently familiar with below office/ accounting softwares: *Xero *Quickbooks online and Quicbooks Desktop edition * MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Asides from Accounting/ bookkeeping task, I am currently working as a Collections officer here in the Philippines. I was able to develop and expose some skills as below: * Customer relationship management- Offers excellent customer service relationship with customer. Provides timely response on customer queries. * Collections Management- Oversee the collections process. Strong focus on effective strategies to minimize overdue accounts and reduce Days Sales Outstanding and follow collections matrix. My greatest accomplishment as of now was able to be consecutive Annual top collector for two consecutive years ( 2021 and 2022).
