I am actually a Physical Therapy graduate and a massage therapist by profession. But I have come to embrace the whole 'Work at Home' way of life and have been successfully doing it for the past seven years now. Below is a summary of what I can do: WORDPRESS I know my way around the Wordpress platform. While I may NOT be a Web Developer/Programmer, I know the basic operations that Wordpress use. I can also modify basic theme appearance and basic theme functions. I can handle the plugin management and can make my own conditional statements if needed. CUSTOMER SUPPORT If you have a Wordpress driven site and need a webmaster or customer support to provide assistance to your clients and users, I can help you with that. Because I am NOT a web developer or programmer, I don't get too overly technical, therefore I can guide the users navigate and explore the system using the normal english/human language or conversation. Customer support softwares I have used are Zendesk and Reamaze. SALES PAGES CREATION: I have been creating sales pages, membership sites, opt-ins using Click Funnels and OptimizePress, HighLevel. ZAPIER AUTOMATION Zapier is my best friend! Automating things make my job a whole lot easier! VIDEO EDITING I didn't go to school for this, but I have been editing videos for my own YouTube channel using Adobe Premiere Pro where I also incorporate graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT I can pretty much do anything except for Web Development/Programming/Backend Development work. I can upload your blog post, edit your blog post or even write the content for you provided that you be clear on your instruction. I am Filipino, but I am a fluent English speaker and writer. I may have slight difficulty understanding you if you talk too fast but that is not a major hindrance. SOCIAL MEDIA While I have not been tasked to work on this category in my current and previous jobs, I am doing social media for my own personal brand which gives me the experience that I need.
