I have been in the BPO industry for more than 15 years now and have worked independently for more than 3 years. The majority of my employment history has dealt with customers, interaction with clients (via voice, email, and chats), admin tasks, handling and mentoring representatives, credit analysis and fraud, and currently in a retail company. Why hire me? -I can communicate fluently in English both written and spoken. -I have acquired skills resulting from intensive training throughout the years of my BPO life that can be a very valuable asset to the company. -I have been a mentor and a team lead who supervised a team of 18 agents in accordance with the account and company policies handled escalated calls and made credit adjustments for customers if needed. -Always thinking outside the box. -I do have an ability to unlearn and learn new things as I am a fast learner. -I have good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, MS Team, Zendesk, Support Pal, Hubstaff, and Zoom Most of all, my bragging rights, my Integrity in doing what is right without an audience.
