I have 20 years of customer service experience, including managing a team of client support advocates at Thumbtack Inc. I have had the opportunities to work for esteemed companies, such as IBM Daksh, 24/7 Customer Philippines, and Teletech, as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative, where I honed my communication skills and developed a high level of problem solving skills. While working as a customer support representative at 24/7 Customer Philippines, I was recognized as the first agent to meet the required average handling time (AHT) and for consistently achieving the lowest AHT in the team. I also worked face-to-face with customers for three years as a cashier and Store Marketing Assistant at Jollibee Naic, Cavite, where I learned how to handle large volumes of customers during peak hours and how to effectively up-sell products and promotions. I am proficient in Zendesk, Desk, Velaro, Asana, Slack, and Google Applications (document, calendar, and spreadsheet).
