I build and maintain iOS and Android apps, along with the Laravel or Firebase backend behind them. Most of my work is keeping production apps healthy: fixing crashes, updating SDKs and OS targets, getting stuck App Store or Play Store releases approved, and shipping new features without breaking existing ones. That work covers LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over a company's own documents, and real-time voice. In one case I cut a voice agent's pause before answering from about 20 seconds to 2 to 4 seconds by running knowledge search only when the question needed it.
